Hi there! I’m a child athlete, turned nutrition student, turned pediatric sports dietitian. I help child and teen athletes understand the importance of food and nutrition for performance and overall health and enable them, along with their family and coaching team, to make the best nutrition choices for their busy schedule. I believe that nutrition can be simple, that all foods fit and, that with the right information and a plan, eating to support a busy sport season can be done well and can be done deliciously!
